Manage daily order processing, customer follow-ups, and coordination with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.

• Support sales managers in developing and maintaining strong relationships with B2B customers.

• Prepare accurate quotations, contracts, and documentation for customer transactions.

• Maintain sales data and customer records in SAP/ERP systems, ensuring information is up to date.

• Monitor sales performance against monthly and quarterly targets and highlight variances.

• Handle customer inquiries, resolve standard issues, and escalate complex matters when needed.

• Liaise with finance to ensure invoicing, collections, and credit management are executed accurately.

• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to support commercial decision-making.

• Assist in organizing customer visits, promotional events, and trade shows.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
