JOB PURPOSE:

To perform feed mixing and preparation processes according to approved formulations and production plans while ensuring product quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Perform feed mixing activities according to approved formulas and specifications.
• Monitor product consistency and quality during and after the mixing process.
• Ensure equipment readiness and report any operational issues or breakdowns.
• Comply with health, safety, and company operational procedures.
• Record production data, material usage, and operational activities accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas in line with hygiene standards.

Minimize material waste and support operational efficiency improvements.
