Job Purpose

To ensure the production of high-quality baked goods and maintain the efficiency of bakery operations by applying specialized knowledge and skills in the art of baking.

Key Accountabilities

Operational Compliance

• Follow bakery procedures and policies to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform daily tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

Quality Assurance

• Inspect raw materials and products for quality compliance.
• Conduct physical, chemical, and baking tests on flour and other materials.
• Document results, handle customer complaints, and maintain proper sample storage and equipment cleanliness.
• Enter test results accurately into SAP and report issues promptly.

Continuous Improvement

• Support initiatives to improve systems, processes, and productivity.
• Ensure improvements meet management expectations and are properly implemented.

Reporting

• Prepare and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and periodic quality reports.

Safety and Compliance

• Comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sustainable work environment.
