JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for achieving sales targets within the assigned territory by managing wholesale customers, generating sales orders, expanding customer coverage, monitoring collections, and maintaining strong customer relationships to support business growth.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.
  • Visit wholesale customers according to the route plan.
  • Generate sales orders and ensure timely execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify and acquire new wholesale customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments in coordination with Finance.
  • Prepare and submit sales and customer visit reports.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

 

  • 1–3 years of experience in FMCG, Feed, Agriculture, or Wholesale Sales.
