JOB PURPOSE:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support daily Human Capital operations, recruitment coordination, employee services, and HR administration activities across the organization.

The role is responsible for supporting HR operational processes, maintaining employee records and systems, coordinating onboarding activities, assisting with attendance and payroll processes, and ensuring smooth execution of HR services in alignment with company policies and operational requirements.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Support daily HR Operations and Administration activities across Head Office and branches.
  • Manage and maintain attendance system activities (iVision), including shift updates, fingerprint issues, and attendance monitoring.
  • Support onboarding activities for new joiners, including document collection, orientation coordination, and system setup follow-up.
  • Coordinate probation evaluation processes and ensure timely completion of assessments and confirmations.
  • Assist in recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support.
  • Maintain employee files, HR records, and related documentation in compliance with company standards.
  • Process overtime requests and support payroll preparation activities.
  • Support employee exit processes including clearance documentation and final administrative requirements.
  • Coordinate with managers and employees to resolve HR operational inquiries and requests.
  • Support HR systems access management and employee data updates.
  • Participate in HR projects, reporting activities, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee information and HR documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or Recruitment support.
  • Experience working with attendance systems and HR operational processes.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and employee relations activities.
  • Strong coordination, organizational, and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and Saudi labor regulations is preferred.
