Job purpose

To supports the effective delivery of core HR operations and recruitment processes, ensuring timely hiring, compliance, and smooth execution of HR services across the employee lifecycle, ensure effective management of government relations, and employee satisfaction in line with company policies and Saudi labor regulations

Key Accountabilities

Government Relations (GR):
• Coordinate with the GRO to process visas, Iqamas, renewals, and exit/re-entry permits in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and government regulations.
• Handle employee transactions on Muqeem, Absher, and Qiwa.

GOSI:
• Support employee registration, deregistration, and monthly contributions with General Organization for Social Insurance.
• Ensure data accuracy between HRIS and GOSI and assist with reporting and reconciliation.

HRDF:
• Register eligible employees under Human Resources Development Fund programs.
• Maintain required documentation and follow up on claims and reimbursements.

Medical & Life Insurance:
• Act as the main contact for employee insurance matters.
• Coordinate policy updates, renewals, and claims with providers.
• Support employees with insurance coverage and processes.

Employee Services – Travel:
• Manage ticket entitlements for business travel, leave, onboarding, and final exit.
• Coordinate with travel agencies and maintain records in line with policy.

HR Operations:
• Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems.
• Support audits, reporting, and documentation.
• Identify and improve HR processes where possible.

Talent Acquisition:
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from requisition to offer.
• Align hiring with manpower plans and business needs.
• Source candidates through multiple channels and maintain pipelines.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill).

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, GOSI, HRDF, and related government portals

Language Requirements:

  • Arabic: Advanced
  • English: Working knowledge
