Job Purpose
Support the Investor Relations function by preparing investor communications, assisting in financial reporting and disclosures, coordinating engagement with investors and analysts, and supporting M and A / corporate finance activities as required. The role ensures timely, accurate, and consistent communication of company performance, strategy, and value proposition to the investment community, while maintaining compliance with CMA requirements.
Key Accountabilities

Support execution of the Investor Relations strategy aligned with company objectives.

Prepare investor presentations, earnings decks, fact sheets, and briefing packs.

Support preparation of leadership talking points, FAQs, and Q and A documents.

Support coordination of investor meetings, analyst calls, conferences, and roadshows.

Maintain investor contact lists, meeting logs, and follow-up actions.

Support quarterly and annual reporting materials from an Investor Relations perspective.

Conduct financial and KPI analysis including variance, trend, and benchmarking.

Monitor Tadawul announcements, competitor disclosures, and relevant market updates.

Support compliance with CMA requirements and disclosure timelines.

Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to support timely filings and disclosures.

Support shareholder inquiries and annual general meeting preparation.

Support preparation of M and A presentations, investment decks, business cases, and valuation inputs as required.

Work closely with FP and A, Financial Reporting, Treasury, Communications, and Strategy teams to ensure alignment and accuracy.
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.

Master’s degree, CFA, FMVA, or other relevant certification is a plus.

2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, FP and A, Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting, Consulting, Corporate Finance, or related roles.

Strong financial acumen and understanding of financial statements and key performance metrics.

Strong analytical skills including variance analysis, trend analysis, and benchmarking.

Advanced Excel skills and strong PowerPoint skills.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.

Knowledge of CMA regulations, Tadawul disclosure practices, and listed company reporting is an advantage.

Ability to manage confidential information and work under pressure during reporting cycles.

English proficiency required.
