Job Purpose

Lead and manage cross-channel sales operations across Modern Trade, Wholesale, Traditional Trade, and emerging channels to ensure achievement of sales targets, market expansion, customer growth, and consistent commercial execution. The role is responsible for driving channel performance, optimizing route-to-market strategies, improving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring effective execution of sales and distribution plans in line with business objectives.

Key Accountabilities

Cross Channel Sales Management
Lead sales execution across multiple sales channels to ensure achievement of volume, revenue, and distribution targets.
Develop and implement channel-specific sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Ensure effective coordination between Modern Trade, Wholesale, and other commercial channels to maximize market coverage and operational efficiency.
Monitor channel performance and recommend corrective actions where needed.
Customer & Market Development
Strengthen relationships with key customers and distributors across assigned channels.
Identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and market expansion initiatives.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market dynamics to support commercial decision-making.
Support the implementation of promotional activities, launches, and trade initiatives.
Commercial Operations & Execution
Ensure product availability, visibility, pricing compliance, and execution standards across channels.
Coordinate with merchandising, logistics, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operational execution.
Monitor order fulfillment, customer service levels, and sales operations efficiency.
Support route-to-market optimization and distribution effectiveness initiatives.
Sales Performance & Reporting
Track and analyze channel KPIs including sales growth, coverage, profitability, and customer performance.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance dashboards for management review.
Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities for operational and commercial improvements.
Ensure accurate maintenance of customer and sales data within ERP systems.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, coach, and support cross-channel sales teams to ensure high performance and alignment with business goals.
Monitor team performance and provide ongoing feedback, guidance, and development support.
Promote accountability, collaboration, and customer-focused execution across teams.
Policies, Compliance & Governance
Ensure compliance with company policies, trade terms, pricing guidelines, and commercial procedures.
Support implementation of sales processes, controls, and operational standards across channels.
Maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders while ensuring ethical business practices.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.

Minimum Experience
6 – 8 years of experience in sales, commercial operations, or channel management within FMCG, food distribution, or manufacturing industries.

Language Requirements
Arabic: Advanced.
English: Advanced.
