Job Purpose

Responsible for leading and managing end-to-end Hassad demand planning and S&OP process across region to ensure optimal product availability, forecast accuracy, inventory health, and efficient inter-branch replenishment through data-driven planning, regional demand visibility, and cross-functional alignment.

Key Accountabilities

Strategy

Contribute to the development of Hasad’s demand planning strategy by recommending and implementing plans that ensure optimal inventory levels, efficient stock holding, and uninterrupted sales operations.

Policies, Processes & Reporting

Develop and implement demand planning policies, systems, processes, and procedures to ensure operational consistency and efficiency. Prepare performance reports and planning insights for management, highlighting key achievements, risks, and corrective actions.

Inventory Monitoring

Manage inventory flow and purchase orders to support sales continuity and maintain healthy stock levels. Monitor transportation lead times and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely product availability and minimize supply risks.

Trend Analysis & Forecasting

Analyze sales trends, market intelligence, and business inputs to develop accurate demand forecasts at SKU, customer, and regional levels. Monitor forecast accuracy and bias while driving data-driven forecasting practices and planning improvements.

Order & Replenishment Management

Lead replenishment planning and goods ordering activities based on forecast requirements to balance inventory, reduce shortages, and support distribution demands across all regions and warehouses.

S&OP Cycle Management

Lead the monthly S&OP cycle by aligning Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sales, Finance, Warehouse, and Operations teams to ensure alignment between demand, supply, inventory, and business priorities. Manage regional availability, stock transfers (STO), and corrective actions to optimize service levels and inventory efficiency.

Customer Service Management

Lead and develop the Customer Service team while coordinating with Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and high service standards. Resolve escalated customer issues and monitor operational KPIs to improve customer satisfaction.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of forecasts, inventory levels, planning assumptions, and critical operational data to support reporting accuracy and effective business decision-making.

Continuous Improvement

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within Demand Planning and S&OP processes by implementing best practices, improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing overall planning effectiveness

 

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or related fields.

Minimum Experience:

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in demand planning or related fields
