Job Purpose

Plat a pivotal role in enhancing and managing the relationships between the company and its investors, analysts, CMA and other financial stakeholders. Responsible for strategically positioning the company in the market, communicating financial performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Maintain effective communication between the company and its investors. Foster a positive relationship with the investment community, ensuring that investors have accurate and timely information about the company's performance, strategies, and financial health.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the investor relations strategy in alignment with the company’s financial and strategic objectives.
  • Shape and communicate the company’s value proposition and strategic narrative to investors and analysts.
  • Act as the primary senior spokesperson to the investment community, ensuring consistent and transparent messaging.
  • Direct investor meetings, roadshows, and major conferences, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
  • Oversee preparation of executive-level presentations, annual meeting materials, and shareholder communications.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with institutional investors, analysts, regulators, and the CMA.
  • Serve as the executive point of contact for investor inquiries, influencing investor perception and confidence.
  • Oversee financial reporting to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely dissemination to stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic insights from financial analysis, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform executive decisions.
  • Ensure investor relations practices comply with Saudi regulations and corporate governance standards.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination with finance, legal, and corporate teams to meet reporting and compliance obligations.
  • Develop and lead crisis communication strategies to protect corporate reputation.
  • Advise executive management on market or investor-related risks and mitigation plans.
  • Lead and mentor the investor relations team, promoting high performance and alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to deliver consistent messaging and strategic initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; Master’s or postgraduate certification is a plus.
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of securities regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in financial analysis, reporting, or investor relations.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with investors and analysts.
