Fleet Supervision

• Supervise daily fleet operations and ensure trucks are available and utilized efficiently.
• Assign vehicles and monitor usage to support transportation and delivery requirements.
• Follow up on driver compliance with schedules and operational instructions.

Vehicle Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all vehicles comply with safety standards, transport regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor the validity of vehicle registrations, insurance, and required permits.
• Ensure drivers hold valid licenses and comply with traffic and safety regulations.

Maintenance Coordination

• Plan and follow up on preventive maintenance schedules for all fleet vehicles.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with authorized dealers and workshops.
• Ensure all maintenance activities and records are accurately updated in SAP.

Fuel & Usage Monitoring

• Monitor daily fuel usage and vehicle mileage.
• Identify abnormal fuel consumption or vehicle misuse.
• Maintain basic fuel and vehicle usage records.

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with internal departments on fleet availability and operational requirements.
• Communicate with drivers regarding vehicle condition, maintenance, and compliance.
• Inform relevant departments in advance of vehicle and driver license renewal requirements.

Reporting

• Maintain daily logs for vehicle movement, drivers, and incidents.
• Prepare simple fleet reports for management review.
• Support data entry into ERP or fleet systems where required

Policies & Procedures

• Ensure fleet activities follow company SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Support implementation of transportation procedures.
• Maintain discipline and professional conduct among drivers
