JOB PURPOSE:

The Bulk Out Loader operates bulk loading equipment for flour and feed products, ensuring accurate loading into trucks, containers, or silos. The role ensures compliance with weight, quality, and safety standards.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Operate bulk loading equipment for flour and feed products.
• Ensure correct weight and documentation for all bulk loading activities.
• Monitor equipment performance and escalate issues to supervisors.
• Coordinate with drivers and warehouse staff for timely loading.
• Follow safety and hygiene procedures during loading operations.
• Maintain records of bulk loading transactions in ERP systems.
• Conduct inspections of loading equipment and perform basic maintenance.
• Report discrepancies in weight, quality, or documentation immediately.
• Assist in training operators on bulk loading procedures.
• Support efficiency improvements in bulk loading operations.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

• High school or diploma   technical certificate.
• 2–3 years of experience in bulk loading operations in food/feed industry preferred.
• Knowledge of bulk loading equipment and safety practices.
• ERP (SAP) familiarity is an advantage.
• Ability to work shifts and perform physical tasks.
