JOB PURPOSE:

The Team Lead, Spare Parts manages warehouse operations specific to spare parts. The role ensures availability, accuracy, and proper issuance of spare parts to maintenance teams.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Supervise spare parts receiving, storage, and issuance operations.
• Maintain accurate ERP (SAP) records of all parts movements.
• Monitor stock levels and support spare parts planning.
• Conduct audits and cycle counts for spare parts accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and storage standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for spare parts availability.
• Prepare reports on spare parts usage and performance.
• Train warehouse staff on spare parts handling practices.
• Optimize warehouse layout for spare parts storage.
• Implement continuous improvement in spare parts management.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in spare parts warehouse management.
• ERP (SAP) knowledge is required.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of spare parts for mechanical/electrical systems.
