JOB PURPOSE:
Manage daily store and inventory operations, ensuring accurate storage, stock control, and timely issuance of materials to support smooth business operations.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders for accuracy and quality.
Report discrepancies, damages, or defects to management and coordinate returns with suppliers.
Organize and store goods in designated areas, ensuring proper labeling, cleanliness, and accessibility.
Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, movements, and locations, using manual logs or inventory management software.
Conduct regular stock counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
Issue and distribute materials or products to departments or customers, ensuring timely fulfillment of requests.
Maintain documentation of issued goods and update inventory records accordingly.
Monitor stock levels and shelf life of products to avoid shortages or expirations.
Coordinate with the purchasing department to reorder supplies when necessary, ensuring optimal stock levels.
Follow safety guidelines and regulations for handling hazardous materials and valuable items.
Maintain a clean and organized storage area to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
Prepare and maintain reports related to inventory levels, movements, and discrepancies for management review.
Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications:
Diploma Degree or University degree, supply chain, logistics, or related field.
Minimum Experience:
2-4 years of relevant experience
Language Requirements:
Arabic: Working knowledge
English: Working knowledge
