JOB PURPOSE:

The Sheet Metal Fabricator fabricates, assembles, and repairs sheet metal parts used in plant structures, ducts, and equipment. The role ensures precise cutting, shaping, and fitting of sheet metals while adhering to quality and safety standards.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Fabricate, cut, bend, and assemble sheet metal parts as per specifications.
• Interpret and work from technical drawings and blueprints.
• Operate sheet metal machinery such as shears, rollers, and presses.
• Ensure accurate fitting and finishing of sheet metal components.
• Conduct inspections to verify dimensional accuracy and quality.
• Repair and replace sheet metal parts in plant equipment and structures.
• Maintain records of fabrication tasks and material usage.
• Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment during operations.
• Collaborate with maintenance and workshop teams for urgent jobs.
• Support continuous improvement in fabrication processes.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the line manager in line with business needs.
• Adhere to company code of conduct, ethics, and relevant Saudi labor and regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

• Diploma or vocational certification in Sheet Metal Work or Fabrication.
• 3–5 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication in industrial settings.
• Knowledge of sheet metal tools, equipment, and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork.
