JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets for flour products within a designated territory. This role involves providing supervision, training, and support to the sales team, while also ensuring that sales processes and strategies are effectively implemented.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests.

Sales Cycle Management

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients.

          Ensure timely and accurate order processing.

Territory Management

  • Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the assigned territory.
  • Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.

Prospecting and Lead Generation

  • Identify and qualify potential clients within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute effective prospecting strategies to generate new leads.

Utilize industry knowledge and market research to identify target accounts.

Team Management

  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance in terms of flour product sales.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to sales representatives.

Address performance issues and take corrective action when necessary.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare and analyse sales reports and metrics.
  • Identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide insights to management on sales performance.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Diploma Degree or University degree

Minimum Experience:

  • 5-6  years of relevant experience in sales or marketing operations or related fields, including experience in the FMCG industry

Language Requirements:

  • Arabic: Working knowledge, Advanced is preferred.

English: Working knowledge, Advanced is preferred.
